01.About me

I'm Giovanni, a junior full-stack developer based in Bristol. I recently retrained in tech through an AI-Augmented Full-Stack bootcamp, and since then, I've focused on continuous learning and growth. There's always something new to dig into.

I really enjoy the process of problem-solving and deploying finished products. I use AI to work smarter and faster, but the thinking and decisions are mine. It's a tool in the box, not a shortcut.

Personally, I gravitate more towards back-end work. I like the logic side of things, how to structure something well and how to get it running smoothly in production. That said, I enjoy full-stack too. There's something satisfying about building both sides and seeing it all come together.

I also studied Computer Generated Animation at uni, so I've got a bit of a creative background in the mix. It means I tend to think about problems differently, and I communicate well with all sorts of people.

Safeguarding 101 is a single-page website that explains safeguarding principles in clear, accessible language. It helps users recognize signs of concern, understand what safeguarding means, and take action through a simple reporting form and emergency contacts.

Pomodoro Timer

Notion Pomodoro Timer is a simple timer designed to be embedded directly into Notion pages. Its key feature is a background colour that matches the Notion page background, so the timer blends in seamlessly with no visible borders or iframe edges.
